Leave the water in the river.
Hi Malgo, good to hear from you. Thanks for joining in.
Hello, welcome to the discussion. What are your ideas, suggestions and experiences from time spent in the Coorong and observed? Does our action plan seem appropriate to achieve improvements?

1. We need to attach a colostomy bag to the river at Wellington - a lock and weir.
2. Permanently open the barrage systems.
3. Return all SE Drains back to their original drainage system.
With these actions, we could at least help the Coorong and estuarine lakes recover. The river is a regulated lost cause. Too many fishers (pumps) in the pond in which we must all fish.
