The Department for Education considered all feedback received from the public consultation on the draft regulations relating to the Education and Children’s Services Act 2019 (the Act).
The Education and Children’s Services Regulations 2020 have been finalised and are available to view on the South Australian Legislation website.
The Act and regulations commence 1 July 2020.
